Unfortunately the B2100 between Wadhurst and Mark Cross is currently undergoing maintenance as South East Water install a new pipeline between their treatment works at Bewl Water and their drinking storage tanks at Wadhurst and Rotherfield.

Although the works are nearing an end, they are now working on the B2100 from Best Beech Hill towards Mark Cross, meaning that access to the treehouse is more difficult than usual.

Access is currently from the B2099/B2100 Junction ONLY

If you are arriving from the A267, please follow the diversion route to the B2099 towards Wadhurst, as the road is currently closed from the Mark Cross junction to the Treehouse.

Once you reach Wadhurst, follow the signs towards Mark Cross and Rotherfield on the B2100. There is a ROAD CLOSED AHEAD sign on the road, however the road is only closed AFTER the entrance to the treehouse so please proceed along this route.
